Laura Ingwersen
Dr. Laura grew up surrounded by chiropractic, with eight other chiropractors in her extended family so she has been adjusted since she was a baby! Growing up, Dr. Laura was involved in multiple sports and when she was diagnosed with scoliosis while in middle school, she was initially told she would need to stop participating in sports. But, chiropractic care allowed her to continue to compete throughout high school as well as play intramural sports as an adult. It was then that she decided she wanted to help others, especially children, the way she had been helped with chiropractic care.
Dr. Ingwersen has a bachelor’s degree in general science from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and also graduated with honors with her doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She holds a certification in chiropractic acupuncture as well as a certification in Webster Technique and is a certified prenatal and pediatric chiropractor through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Certification. She has also studied kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, James, and their daughter, Elsie. She loves cooking and is learning to make sourdough bread. She is an avid reader and has recently been delving into audiobooks and enjoys going for walks and being on the lake in the summertime!

Jordan Schmidt
Growing up Dr. Jordan was involved in multiple sports while in high school at Clay Central-Everly, which led to various injuries. Her parents ended up taking her to a chiropractor and she was amazed with how great she felt after every visit! She knew that this was something she wanted to be able to provide for other people – the feeling of true health.
Dr. Jordan got her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Continued education is a passion of hers and a majority of her education has focused on the female, pediatric, and prenatal care. She is working towards completing her International Chiropractic Pediatric Certification and has already completed her Webster certification. Dr. Jordan is skilled in soft tissue mobilization techniques, which are beneficial in conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, and increasing performance of active individuals.
In her free time, she enjoys being outside with her husband, Matt, three children – Brooklyn, Jack, and Madison and their two dogs. When she isn’t outside, you can often find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes. She loves working on the healthy lifestyle she promotes to her patients.
